Bread In A Bag

Bread in a Bag

I learned how to do this in summer school, but it wasn't this dry. It was a lot more moist. Sorry about that.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
What you need- 3cups of flour divided, 3TBS of white sugar,1 package of yeast, 1cup of warm water, 3TBS of dry milk, 3TBS of oil , 1 1/2 tea of salt and a large zip lock baggy.
  ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Add one cup of flour,the sugar,yeast and the warm water.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Squish that all together then set it aside for 10 minutes.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

While it is setting, in a  bowl mix 1cup of flour, dry milk, oil and salt.
Mix together
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
After 10 minutes add the other mixture to the bag and squish.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Add that to a greased pan
And let it cook for 35 minutes at 375 degrees F.

Chocolate Peanut Butter No Bake Cookies

A delicious plate of chocolate and peanut butter no bake cookies.

This is one of my fav desserts. What you need is 2 cups of sugar, 1stick of butter, 1cup of peanut butter, 3 cups of quick cook oats, 4 TBS of cocoa, 1/2 cup of milk and 1TBS of vanilla.

Put sugar, cocoa, butter and milk in a pot. Stir with the heat on medium.

 Let it boil for 1min while stirring constantly. MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT OVER BOIL OR UNDER BOIL. If you do over boil it it will be all crumbly. If you under boil it it will not set.

  Next you add the peanut butter, vanilla and quick cook oats and stir for 1 minute.

Last you spoon out all the batter onto wax paper, let cool and enjoy.
